Non-Toxic Facial Cleansers

My entire childhood I was told by my mom, grandma and aunts…..soap and water is all you need to clean your face and prevent seborrheic dermatitis.

Well….if only my mom, grandma and aunts knew what I know today about what’s IN the water and soap they used. I knew better then most but it wasn’t until I became a certified personal fitness trainer did I start educating myself about what I was putting on my skin and into my body.

Back then, I was only concerned with how my body would smell once I washed it off in the morning. No idea what the ingredients were that made my skin smell. No idea that over the years it would cause my body to be acidic..and not coconut acid acid acid that I learned later in life.

It got me thinking…..and researching through my vast personal research I found a toxin I was putting on my body everyday and wasangs…for lack of a better term, a colonization. Yes…..a colony of yeast herbs growing on my epidermis and hair. Yes…..a yeast infection. Yes…..cancerous.

“Hey! Wait! I have a glandular problem, not a yeast problem!”Okay, sounds crazy but is it really?

How can we avoid allowing these unwanted yeast/fungi to exist and thrive?

There are a couple of things we can do.

And it all starts with an understanding of how our bodies handle hygiene and where those filtration capabilities come from.

Almost all bacteria and yeast came from the world or external sources. So it makes sense that we should try and prevent them from overgrowing by using good habits that not only benefit the body, but also promote good mental health.

So I hit it with my little Fiber One Vitamin, which is specifically formulated to cleanse and strengthen your bowel. I figured it out that the “friendly” bacteria in the Shower Curator (you know the big one with the little glasses on it) are the good bacteria and that the “bad” bacteria (you know the big one with the bad music and the big glasses) are the bad bacteria that causes you to hemorrhoid things.

Here’s how it goes; when you take the fiber supplement (I prefer speedier as opposed to slow digestion) it gets digested REALLY fast and then it lets that good bacteria go to work on your poop.

The speed allows the good bacteria to do its job. And when it’s done, the fiber supplement will soak up the remains releasing the nutrients.

You will want to add this fiber supplement to your diet in the morning right after you eat. And then how about right before you go to bed?

Fiber supplements are not required to be a part of a healthy lifestyle. Because besides being fattening most of the products contain sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) is now being used as an artificial sweetener.

Some of the signs of too much sugar/acid in the body are fatigue, general irritability, lack of endurance, weight gain, dental problems, arthritis, blood sugar issues, electroliness gout, bone loss and gout, weight loss and negative body temperature.

This all stems from eating an acid forming diet and moving towards an acidic pH balance.

So once you’ve removed the acidity from your diet you have removed the root cause of all your health issues.

The ultimate sign of someone with an anger problem is when they take on a persona of someone else.
